Philosophy of Sails!
I like to sail. If I have my way we will generally only sail. From the mooring to anchor and back I like to do it all under sail with no motor.
There are some great power boat captains who can buzz you quickly to all sorts of places. If you want to go with me it is probably because you would prefer to never feel the vibration of the engine, hear the engine or smell the engine! You want to feel the power of the wind and hear the splash of water against the hull.
BUT, I do like to sail. So if I don't have a charter for the day there is a good chance I will go sailing anyway. If you want to go for a last minute sail you might be in luck!
I prefer to do private charters with friends and couples. You bring your own food and drinks (with a little for the Captain :) You decide when you will leave, where you will go and when you want to come back. Most importantly you decide who is on the boat with you!
Standard Advanced Reservation Rates
Full Day and Half Day Sails for up to 6 guests. $150 per couple.
We leave around 10 am and return around 4:30 pm.
Sunset Sails - A quiet sail to make the sunset your personal show. This can be a group trip or just for two friends. Rates are based on $50 per person with a 2 person minimum.
Twilight and Moonlight Sails - The stars are incredible at night down here. The perfect end to an amazing day.

Dan holds his Master level Merchant Mariner Credential from the United States Coast Guard, National Maritime Center. His credentials include a Sail endorsement and Commercial Towing endorsement.
He is also a US Sailing Keel Boat instructor.
Up to date First Aid Responder and CPR.
